Once you have made your initial enquiry, we will invite you to submit any drawings or plans you may have, together with relevant information on the project. A site visit can be arranged at this stage for us to fully understand your requirements. Please be reassured that our Consultation is completely free of charge and without obligation.
	Step 2: Daylight PlanThis forms an important part of the Consultation stage where we discuss with you your requirements for daylight and/or your energy saving considerations. Once we have established these we will prepare a bespoke plan especially for you.
	Step 3: QuotationFollowing our Consultation we will forward you our Specification and Quotation for a complete hassle free service.
	Step 4: Installation Finally, once you have decided you would like to invest in renewable energy and proceed with the purchase and installation of Solatube Daylighting Systems, you can expect a professional, curteous, installation service from the moment we arrive until the job is complete. 	Step 5: AftercareWe are able to offer you a few tips for making the most of your Solatube Daylighting system. In addition, you can always call us if you have any questions about your system or with any further daylight requirements you may have.
	And further…ServiceThe Solatube Daylighting systems are designed and developed with the intention of being a complete maintenance free system. In the highly unlikely event that you have an urgent problem with your Solatube system, Naturally Brighter offers a 24-hour maintenance service. We will do everything to enhance your relationship with Solatube Daylighting!
	WarrantyWe are delighted to offer you a ten year warranty linked between parts and workmanship on all non-electronic Solatube products.
